We’re glad to announce the 2007-2008 CollegeSoup Scholarships!

$1,000 Scholarship for Contributors to CollegeSoup.net

One of the ways we want CollegeSoup to grow is through your help. Have useful tips or amusing experience you think would be good to have on this site? Email your article to collegesoup@gmail.com. Or, don’t like to write but have artistic skills? Enter our Drawing Contest for the CollegeSoup Characters. If either your writings or drawings are used on the site, you’ll be entered to win a $1000 CS Scholarship for Contributors. This scholarship will be given out in August of 2008.

Many $1,000 Scholarships for members of “I had CollegeSoup for breakfast” Facebook group

For every 25,000 members of our Facebook group, one $1,000 scholarship will be given out to a random group member. You can win a scholarship just by joining the “I had CollegeSoup for breakfast” group. The earlier you join the group and stay in it, the more chances you’ll have to win. There’ll be a random winner at 25,000 members, 50,000 members, 75,000 members and so on.

Requirements: No applications. No information to fill out. No strings attached. All Facebook group members are eligible. All you have to do is join the group. We encourage you to invite friends too, since the faster the group grows, the faster we’ll give out scholarships.

Why are you doing this?

This is our way of encouraging students to contribute your own articles or share this site with friends. We also want to give back to you out of the ad revenue that we generate from this site. We’re students too and know that most students would benefit from some extra cash.
